I am +patience with hepatitis b, I was given levolin and z10 to be using. I came again for appointment the doctor said I don't need th drugs bt to go for hepatitis test to knw wch drug will be recommended. From that day I didn't go for any appointment again bt continue with the levolin only. I want to ask if it is right. Because I cant afford the test money made me to stay back. Thanks doctor.

Is it better to have duolin in place of levolin along with budecort? I have also been prescribed pulmoclear, alaspan tablets twice a day and wysolone 30 tablet once a day.

Mr. lybrate-user, the medications are all messed up. U do not require nebulisation everyday and wysolone is not the answer. Such high dose eveeyday can hve so many side effects.

My 13 months old baby has running nose and congestion (i feel as she is making sounds in sleep, waking up disturbed and breathing with mouth). She had similar problem thrice before in her lifetime (every time she was treated with azithromycin and levosalbutamol). This time my mother has suggested to let her heal on her own as she fears that baby will get addicted to medicines for every small health problem and her immune system may not fight at own. Shall I visit doctor? Or just give levosalbutamol and azithromycin like last time prescribed by her doctor or shall I wait and let her heal on her own.

I am a 30 year old man. I am suffering from mitral valve prolapse and mild regurgitation. You take propranolol 40 mg to treat my anxiety symptoms, shortness of breath, dizziness etc. The problem is that I have hiatal hernia in stomach also. I am facing severe shortness of breath from last 2 days and after every 2 seconds I feel" air hunger" and lack of oxygen. I'm taking long breaths from abdomen and this puts a tension or effort in my stomach muscles. Now, I took duolin levosalbutamol nebulizer solution but still not much relief. Now, please let me, what should I do? Will my propranolol interact with levosalbutamol?

according to our science you have to take medication very meticulously and regularly as asthma is not completely curable like diabetes and hypertension.
You take not only levolin inhaler but some steroid inhaler as it will prevent latter fibrosis of your lungs.

He may be suffering from allergic cough. Is he febrile? Please give more details. In the meantime give levocet-m syrup 5 ml at night along with levolin and get back with detailed history and reports if any.
