No, levosalbutamol is only used in case of bronchospasm. Only be prescriped by pediatrician. Levosalbutamol can have adverse effects like tachycadia and hypokalemia.

Montec LC is having anti allergic properties itself ,so reaction could not possible .Also because of levosalbutamol no there allergic reactions reported uptil now.
Rash on body might be because of viral fever.

Levosalbutamol is not well recommended below 6 years but may given with caution from 2 to 5 year. The dose is 0.1 mg/kg maximum 1 mg per dose 8 hrly.
Inhalation solution may be use at advise of .31 mg per dose max .62 mg.

Budesal 0.5mg Respules 2ml is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
You need to ask your attending physician as u have kidney disease, so need to be careful about medicines. Never self medicate. Your never know which medicine can further damage your kidneys

If you're child has asthma don't deprive him of any respules or mdi pump
infact he/ she should be given duolin respules twice or thrice a day with budecort respules twice a day
once chest is better can shift to mdi / pump formoflo / budamate child one with lesser dose with spacer can be started.

Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator It opens the airways which are in spasm They get dilated and allow air to flow through different parts of the lungs
Asthma is one such disease in which we give this drug
But it can also be given in bronchitis of any cause.
