Ideally expectorants are not used for infants but still if you are using then dose is 5ml 8 to 12 hourly as per levosalbutamol which is not easy to give.

Nasoclear will not reduce block in nose and use Otrivin P nasal spray. Wheezing is s long term disease (chronic condition) and is made worse by allergy to dust, cols and may things around him.
