Received query after 2 1/2 months. Such problem is common in children below 5 years and normally is under control by about 5 years and as child grows. Change in weather, pollution,dust, strong odor, unclean bed cobers, furnishings,synthetic polyfibre clothes, domestic animals are usual causes. All precautions necessary. Pneumonia and breathlessness is a major problem in infants.
And you are giving only budesal nebulisation which is not at all correct. Please immediately take the child to a pediatrician.

U can give levolin 0.31 (2.5 ml) in 2 ml of normal saline nebulisation 8 hrly & budecort 0.5 mg twice a day. Continue for three days & watch for fast breathing & worsening of symptoms in baby & review with paediatrician.

Levolin work only in case of acute bronchospasm. Better you should go for inhaler of formeterol fumarate plus budesonide (of paediatric dose) like symbicort 1 puff in each nose daily. You can give syp Montair LC 5 ml once daily before food for 10 days. Avoid all kinds of allergies.
