Levocetricine is a anti cold medicine and montelukast is a allergic medicine. Pharmacologically levocetrizine is a new generation Anti histaminic and montelukast a leukotriene antogonist.

Levocet can be used in breast feeding
even though it excretes in breast milk there are no studies which show this effects the infant
ambeoxol shouldn't be used.

I think you are not suffering from simple allergic rhinitis, otherwise it must be improved with medicine you are taking. So, I think you must have infection in nose / sinuses. So, better to consult any ENT specialist who can see inside of your nose (if required, with nasal endoscope) to find out the severity of infection and cause of sinusitis. Then he can advice you treatment. At present take steam inhalation.
