I think you should take ayurveda treatment for permanent solution. Antibiotics are not the solution and it may harm your body. Yoga exercises will help you to overcome respiratory problems. Take medicine @ Hepar sulph 200 and belladonna 200, 4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment.
Besides this, take steam inhalation, do saline water gargle, avoid fatty, fried and oily food, be hydrated, take proper rest, avoid cold and sour food.
Eat a spoonful of honey and ginger take warm fluids like teas or soups with broth

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). diet is most important in covid as it weakens our immune system. If your patient is not diabetic then she should take sufficient ors to keep herself hydrated. What is the oxygen saturation of patient when she is breathless?
As of now no changes in medicine is required.
Advice patient to do breathing exercise using incetive spirometer to increase the functioning of lungs.
