it will be better to get a culture of your urine and then to check the antibiotic . it has to be specific.rest of the medicines seems to be fine. only additional thing to add is SCROTAL SUPPORT which is again very essential. You should also look for probable source of infection to prevent recurrence. Always use protection in physical intimacy. thanks.

Your wife had other medical problems apart from Schizophrenia. She is on medications for Schizophrenia also. All medicines have side effects on other systems of the body. One has to weigh the benefit vs side effect.
Your doctor who has been treating her is the best person to assess all these.
