You should not stop medicines rather you should decrease the dose of levipil to only evening dose. Also you should go for eeg to rule out hidden seizures in the brain.

The dosage given here are only guidelines and you have to go by the advice of your treating doctor. Levetiracetam dose is Initiate treatment with a daily dose of 1000 mg/day, given as twice-daily dosing (500 mg twice daily). Additional dosing increments may be given (1000 mg/day additional every 2 weeks) to a maximum recommended daily dose of 3000 mg.
