Dear lybrate-user, positional vertigo is not a side effect of levesam. Instead it is a disease itself bppv. The drug vertin only acts when their is associated vestibular rehabilitation excercises and then treated with integrated balance therapy provided their is no bppv.in bppv treatment is by particle repositioning maneuvures and there is no role of madication. Epilepsy is due to a variety of causes. It can be cured in some with acquired causes but not in those with genetic or irreversible acquired causes. The minimum duration for your drugs is 2 years in most cases but in case you have been labelled jme, you are required to take ot lifelong.
