I understand you have epilepsy and are on medication levitracetam how ever I do not understand why you can not undergo hair transplant. Thjere may be some drug interactions with the drugs prescribed at the time of hair transplant but I am sure this can be obviated by careful selection of the medications.

Yes there shoukd be no harm...
But paracetamol will only reduce the fever and will not cure.. so better consult and treat the fever prooerly with investigation.

As of now continue with levipil medication and which is given to you for preventing epilepsy and you will have to get the confirmation from your treating neurologist.
