depakote at 750 mg is not generally considered very high unless weight of the patient is too low.
Medicines for seizures need to be given regularly at same time always without fail and also depakote may be considered to hike a bit if seizures continue.

first of all ensure that he is taking them daily..it is highly unlikely that on regular medications with two antiepileptics , one still develop seizures..even one missed dose can be bothersome...what was his EEG reports and CT scan reports (u must have got them done)as there are various infective causes of seizures which are treatable with specific medications..
tablet phenobarbitone has good results where both these above medications fail...but it has to be prescribed by your consulting doc...more

No problem if you r not feeling any discomfort. Though you r taking since long, do regular check up as same dose should not be continued for long time.

Levothyroxine tablet needs to be taken early mornong on empty stomach, then nothing to be taken for over 1 hour. If you are taking any other medicine then better to take that after a much longer gap of almost 4 hours. Thanks.

Composition of both tablet are same. You were taking 500 mg previously and now you are given 750 mg.
