You need to consult Neurologist before planning pregnancy, as treatment for epilepsy during pregnancy period needs to be planned in advance. Remember Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynaecologist or infertility specialist.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From what you have written, it not clear what you are referring to at all. Please write what is the TSH level now or very recent and what is the dose of Thyroxine being taken. What you have stated is absolutely confusing. There is no mention of TSH any whereor the actual dose of the drug. Thanks.
