Your seizure seems not fully controlled and may need a dose escalation. Your tiredness might be due to low sodium due to oxetol. The skin problem is probably tinea/ringworm. Please consult a local neurologist to optimise medication and get some blood tests to exclude any systemic cause of tiredness.

Kindly continue medicines which your doctor has suggested for seizures.
Since you already had clot in brain , there is a possibility that you may be having clots in your leg that may be affecting the blood circulation in legs . Doppler examination of both feets can help . Also if your foot wear is tight than chnage it
Avoid prolonged standing on feets.
Leg elevation can also help to decrease medicines.
Decrease your salt intake in diet

Please take her to a neuropsychiatrist immediately. with the right medication it is likely her symptoms will improve. Given her significant medical and surgical history, it is recommended that she is assessed in person rather than taking advice online.
