It does not prevent pregnancy or come in way but before planning pregnancy know that- Levipil 500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor before planning pregnancy.

it is difficult to comment whether it was a myoclonic jerk or not but I feel that it was not a myoclonic jerk, it was a reflex movement on suddenly viewing your shadow. You continue on same medication and follow up.

Yes there shoukd be no harm...
But paracetamol will only reduce the fever and will not cure.. so better consult and treat the fever prooerly with investigation.

Both are same . Side effects are irritability and behaviour issue in few and not all . Food role in preventing side effects, well not studied yet !!
