Dear User, the seizures will stop as long a you take the medication. Once you stop it or abruptly stop it, the seizures can come back and might even be worse than before. levipil 250 has no effect on periods .An anticonvulsant, Levipil 250 MG Tablet is normally combined with other medicines and is used to treat different types of seizures in both adults as well as children who are suffering from epilepsy. Levipil 250 MG Tablet is known to treat partial-onset, tonic-clonic and myoclonic seizures in epileptic patients. Apart from that, it may also be used for treating other health conditions as and when determined by the doctor.

There are certain side effects of Levipil such as excess anger, psychosis. In addition 500 mg once daily is a suboptimal dose if sure an adult of around 60 kgs. One fainting episode may not always be a seizure and requires a detailed work up.

Levipil (levetiracetam) is comparatively safer drug, broad spectrum anti epileptic drug. Only mild adverse events and safe to use when liver functions are deranged. During the switching period, you may get seizure as it may take a week or two for acquiring steady drug level in blood.
