Sir. I'm suffering from an allergy of dust. I am going under a treatment since 1 year, its of injection of allergy. Firstly that was for 1 injection 3 days then 1 in 1 week, then 1 in 15 days now i'm on it as 1 in 21 days. Even after that from 20 days i'm suffering from cold & cough, sneezing, & also I was not been comfortable to took breath a night. I consult my doc. He said its coz of atmosphere is not good now. He suggested me to take cuftec, brutacef-az 250, asthakind, mondeslor. But firstly when the tablets finish it started again now days when I miss timing about half hour it started again. I have taken more than 30 injections in 1 year for the allergy & 2.5 year is remaining for treatment. Now I consult a new doc. He gave me Budamate 200 tranhaler 1 shot twice aday, tab Azee 500, Torkast fx, Maxamine forte, mighty60 liver, zentel. I'm still going in a treatment. I wanna confirm that. Do I have asthma coz doc gave me a transhaler. If yes then how it fully cure kindly response.

Try onbreez 300 transcaps once /day through transhaler, rufa day 500 1 tab/day with lunch and budecort 200 rotacaps twice/day with rotahaler.

You are allergic to something which is present in mumbai air. Start budamate 200 transhaler 2 puff/twice/day with telekast f 1tab/day every time you plan to visit mumbai.

My daughter starts suffering from running nose and cough and mild fever from 21/08/218. She is 7 months old and 7.8 Kg in weight. The consulting doctor prescribed the following medicines Levolin 1 mg [ Levosalbutamol Syrup 1 mg] - 1.5 ml per day Indominic-P Syrup [Phenylephrine Hydrochloride & Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup] - 1.5 ml per day Babygesic Paracetamol Drops [Acetaminophen Oral Suspension IP] - .8 ml in 6 hours interval But yesterday her temperature increases and we just move with her to another paediatric clinic. The temperature reported was 101.4. She was suddenly treated with “Suppositories”. After a while temperature normalize. Along with all the medicine, the doctor prescribed Azithromycin Oral Suspension IP 20 mg/ml [Azithral Liquid 100] 4 ml daily in 4 days from today onwards. Now I understand that Azithral Liquid 100 is an antibiotic used against bacterial infections. So I have a doubt. Is it safe to use Azithral Liquid 100 without without doing any blood or urine check up? She has still mild temperature. Please advice me.

Montec LC is having anti allergic properties itself ,so reaction could not possible .Also because of levosalbutamol no there allergic reactions reported uptil now.
Rash on body might be because of viral fever.

My husband having wheezing problem and used combihale fb 200. Now it is not used. Is there any medicine for him for nebulization?

I felt shortness of breath on 5th march 2020 all of a sudden, and I was feeling tired with excessive urge to yawn but most of the attempts were unsuccessful. So I visited a pulmonologist on 6th of march. He took a look and said my chest was clear and prescribed me azeflo nasal spray, otrinoz nasal drop, lumenac 600 effervescent, telekast f and soventus dc syrup. Post 3 to 4 days I again felt the urge to have deep breath and this time I felt light headedness too. So I consulted on phone to the doctor and he asked me to increase the dosage and get a few tests done. A ct scan of pns, ige blood test, chest xray, cbc and pft. In ct my sinus was bad as he said and my ige level was elevated to 647, so he performed pft but the session quality was poor. After pft the doctor said I am diagnosed with asthma and he prescribed budamate 200 transhaler to be taken twice daily 2 puffs along with all the previous medicines. I took them for a month and I felt relief but frequent yawning was always there. Post that I was completely ok for 10 days without the meds as due to the location I didn't go for follow up and the meds were finished. Now it again started a little but it isn't like before. I want to know whether I am really having asthma? And the treatment I am getting is right or should I consult a general physician. I went to the gym for a week and didn't felt shortness of breath I just felt frequent yawning like I am tired. I have been experiencing post nasal drip on daily basis, and I was a smoker before march 2020 I had almost quit on 4th of march before that you was having a couple of cigarettes to max 6 cigarettes daily. Kindly help.

You are having two different problem asthma and contact dermatitis.For asthma take budamate lupihaler 200 twice/day through transhaler followed by mouth wash. For skin irritation avoid skin exposure by barrier cream or change of place.
