first of all ensure that he is taking them daily..it is highly unlikely that on regular medications with two antiepileptics , one still develop seizures..even one missed dose can be bothersome...what was his EEG reports and CT scan reports (u must have got them done)as there are various infective causes of seizures which are treatable with specific medications..
tablet phenobarbitone has good results where both these above medications fail...but it has to be prescribed by your consulting doc...more

You should not stop your medicine without consulting your doctor. Otherwise it can reappear. You can consult me through lybrate for Homoeopathic treatment and further guidance

Hello,
though this kind of problem as a side effect of levera is not recorded and as you have been taking medicine for years and the dose has been decreased the chance of side effects of this nature are less. This is a kind of startle syndrome and does not seem to be part of seizures or side effects some medicine I think adequate rest and proper sleep may get rid both of your pain and startle syndrome, best to review after 2 weeks.

Your neurologist should be able to answer your query well, initially you need to reduce the dosage and see, if no seizures you can further reduce the dose and gradually taper the dose and stop. Ifno epileptic attacks. Also get an eeg done.

U need complete evaluation with epilepsy protocol mri. Why do you want operation if it can be treated with medicines. Brain operation is not without risks. If its medically refractory and surgically curable I may be of help. Whethet it can be cured by surgery we will only know after thorough evaluation.

Usually anti-seizure medication are prescribed for 3-5 yrs, but it varies from patient to patient. If no further seizure occurs within this period and depending on your situation, they can be discontinued.

Hi pavan, you have multiple problems, levetaricetam (keppra) usually does not interact with other drugs, but precautions need to be taken while using it. I think you should refer your treating doctor for so, he will help you out of your doubts. Wish you a speedy recovery, best of luck.
