Hello Lybrate-User, Please consult a good infertility specialist.
Your age is already 33 and you have tried for full 1 year. I would suggest complete work up investigations both for you and husband then plan treatment according to your reports.

Dear lybrate-user,
it is difficult to comment whether it was a myoclonic jerk or not but I feel that it was not a myoclonic jerk, it was a reflex movement on suddenly viewing your shadow. You continue on same medication and follow up.

I think you are taking it for epilepsy... convulsion..
Usually it needs to be taken for 3 years.. if in case you have convulsion during this time then again for 3 years...

You may consider taking homoeopathic treatment for permanent cure..

Yes babies sleep 18-22 hrs so it is totally normal for her to sleep. Yes she can breastfeed but it is better to do so before taking the dose of anti-epileptic.

Please note first get your basic fertility investigations done like hormonal tests, HSG and your husband semen analysis. Also, Tab Levepsy is not recommended in pregnancy but still you can consult your neurologist.

If you have not had any seizures or fits in 5 years you can speak to your neurologist regarding reducing and maybe stoping the levipil. The module may remain but if you don't have fits then there's no further treatment required.

Dear friend,
it will not affect your course if you don't have a break through the seizure. However, if you miss your timed dose please take it mediately (it is okay even if you take it in the later half of the day) to maintain a steady drug level in your blood. Henceforth, please don't miss your medication. You have a serious problem if you have a breakthrough seizure. Best wishes.

Kindly do a human sperm count with dna fragmentation test. If it's normal. You need not worry about that.
