It is recommended that you do not drink alcohol because it does reduce your seizure threshold thus making you more likely to have a seizure or a fit and lower the effect of the medication levetiracetam. She should be investigated further if she hads first time seizure at this age. Continue leviteracetam for her seizure disorder, post ictal confusion adn psychological changes occur but may be transient, better to get evaluated by a psychiatrist or a neurologist, if the confusion is prolonged. Brahmi may be given but thet will not be all. Please get evaluated.

No your father can eat pomegranate as it does not interact with his medicines. As he has high bp he has to avoid or reduce salty foods. To facilitate, low salt diet he cannot eat pickles and papd in food.
