after taking letroz tablets have to follicular scans from day 10. to track ovulation. try from day 10 to18. but follicular ultrasound will tell when youwill ovulate exactly.so youcan try on that day.

Dear lybrate-user,
when you are taking letrozole tablet for egg growth, your follicle growth has to be monitored by ultrasound scan to see if there is response to medicine. You have to start taking dydrogesterone once ovulation has been confirmed by scan. There is a chance of pregnancy with this treatment if all your other reports are normal.

Yes. You can get pregnant once the follicle reaches 20 mm, your doctor will give hcg injection for ovulation. 24 hours after the injection and 36 hours after injection have intercourse. You have probabilities to conceive.
