My doctor prescribed letrozole 5 mg tablet but I took letrozole 2.5 mg tablet, is there anything to worry about?

Usually letrozole is started at 2.5 mg and it is increased if ovulation has not taken place with this dose. So on taking low dose may not cause ovulation. But this can be confirmed only through folliculometry.

Hi, I have PCOS and trying to conceive. I took letoval 2.5 my tab from 3rd to 7th day along with ovacare forte and mcbm69. And again from letoval from 9th day to 11th day. Now my periods are missed for 6th day. please tell what will be the reason for not getting periods.

Hello, Please do urine for the pregnancy test and confirm or exclude pregnancy.
If negative for pregnancy than repeat the urine for pregnancy test after 7 days once more. There are many causes of delayed periods like stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, increased prolactin level, obesity, obesity and most commonly PCOS.

Hi Doctor, I am 29 years old female. We are planning for baby from last 4 months. I am not yet conceived. Me and my husband have undergone all basic tests and scans (abdomen and pelvis for me), semen analysis (for my husband) as prescribed by doc. All reports came normal for both of us. Doc had suggested me to take Folife tablet for one month and Duphaston for 10 days. I am done with that. Now she has suggested me to take Letoval 2.5 mg for 5 days (daily one tablet) and Fertiglow f for one month (morning and evening). Pls let me know the purpose of these tablets, when I google it they have mentioned various purposes but I am confused when all the reports are normal why she had suggested me these tablets. Also, I am confused by taking those tablets if it creates any health issues now or in future. Pls help.

Hi tab letrozole helps to grow egg and tab fertiglow improve fertility so that will help you, just do follicular study from 11th day of menses and take Inj HCG 10000 when follicle become 20 mm then keep relation for 2 days. Best luck.

I have been suggested to take letoval 2.5 mg 2 tablets a day from 3rd to 7th day and again from 9th day to 11th day letoval 2.5 one tablet a day. I had this tablets along with ovacare forte and mcbm 69. My doc told me to have intercourse daily from 9th day to 15th day. Now my periods are missed for 4 days. Is there any chances of conceive. There was no injection for egg trigger. Only letoval tablets was there.

Hello.
Chance of pregnancy with unprotected intercourse in every cycle is 20%.you just do a urine for pregnancy test using preganews card. If negative repeat again after 7 days if periods doesn't occur.
