I did my semen analysis, my wife did her fallopian tube test. As per our Gyne Doctor, everything is well and normal condition. We r trying r conceive for almost 2 yrs, but repeatedly we r failure. Now our doctor suggested us to try another consecutive 3 months with few more medicines for my wife. Medicines r: Savomine Cap. 1 cap daily at bedtime/ Letoval 2.5 mg 2 tab daily at bed time from 3rd Day of menses upto 7th Day./ Lupigest SR 300 mg Tab 1 Tab daily at Bed time from 16th Day of menses upto 25th Day. please tell whether we r going through a correct process of treatment. Because our doctor suggested us to try the above procedure 3 months.

Yes it's correct procedure but you need to go for follicular study by ultrasound also to see the growth of follicle.

Hello Dr. I recently found out that my right ovary has polycystic pattern measures 3.8x1.9 cm afc-9 and my left ovary measures 3.4x2.4 cm afc-5.my periods are very regular except for this one month where I was delay by 4 days. My gyn prescribes me letoval 5 mg for 5 days. I weigh 51 kg and age 26 yrs. We have been try to conceive for over a year. And 3 months back I went through an ssg and my tubes were clean and open. Until then I did’t have a polycystic problem. Kindly tell me if I should be worried about anything and when can I conceive?

I am currently taking t letoval one at night for five days from 13/9, t fulterm one at night for ten days from 26th, sy evecare two tsp two times a day, t trafolic one after lunch for one month. Sep 11 I got my periods and today is my 11th day. I took follicular scan and it showed right ovary follicle as small, left ovary follicle is 16*13 mm and et is 7 mm. It's everything normal? Will I get conceive this time?

Continue the medications. Repeat scan on day 13 th. Your doctor will advice hcg trigger for ovulation if follicles mature. Timed intercourse after hcg trigger will help you to conceive.

I have pcos. I took diane 35 for 4 months. After that I have administered with letoval tablet for 5 months. When I took scan 13th, 15th and 18th day the follicle size was reduced and I had retention cyst. To clear this again I took krimson tablet for 2 months. After that the retention cyst is not there. This month I took clofert from 2nd day for 5 days. When I took the scan on 9th day the follicle size in the right ovary was 10x5 and et was 6.8, and I was administered with hmg injection on 9th and 10th day and I took scan on 12th day. On 12th day the follicle size is reduced to 9x5 and et is 6.0. Can you please let me know why follicles are reducing after the injection}? Will I get chance to conceive this month}?

Medicines are helpful to conceive but to find the exact time that you ovulate. We need to do follicular study to know when the follicles decelops to 2 cms.

My wife has been diagnosed with Schmorl's nodes age 29? What could be the possible causes of this? Current weight: 65 kg & height: 5.4. Job: 9 hours on a computer. Her medical history is 1. Appendicitis surgery four years ago. 2. Endometriosis (Chocolate cyst) surgery one year ago. Hence, she had to take injection Lupride Dept 3.75 twice before surgery (once a month), tablets like ovaries+, letoval, cabgolin etc. For menstrual/infertility related issues. We were looking to go for ICSI/IVF due to infertility problem. Now, pregnancy is not recommended by doctors due to spine issue. What could be the causes of Schmorl's nodes at L1, L2 vertebrae? Apart from above described medical history, she was complaining of pain after she fell at a seashore on slippery rocky surface and hurt her lower back. Can this be the reason? What could be the possible reasons? What are the possible treatments?
