Letrozole is used for ovulation induction in patients of PCOS. If you ovulated and conceived in the cycle, you would obviously not get your periods

Age 38 years trying to conceive for last six months bt not successful. My gynae earlier gave clofert tablets for five days. This month she has given stimufol tablets and advised for HSG test. AMH is 6.89. Kindly help me I right direction. I do not want to go for any complicated tests like HSG right now.

If you are taking letroze, you need to do ovulation monitoring and timed intercourse. The chances of conception with natural cycle is around 8 percent in a cycle. So nothing to worry. You will surely conceive.

Meri first delivery april 2019 me hua but unfortunately my baby expired in jan 2021. After this I planned for second baby but mere miscarriage hogaya may last me, after 5 week. Doctor ne 3 months tak rukne ko kaha. September se again main try kar rahi hu but conceive nahi kar payi. November me stimufol bhi 5 days liya along with biopreg and ovabless, but no results. Again december k lye doctor prescribed stimufol, ovabless along with l carnitine and cor3. Please suggest k conceive kaise karu. I am 34 years old.

I am 27 year old female. I got married on 2017 and I got conceived on may 2018 but its on fallopian tube so Dr. give methoxate injection after that my periods will come before 37th day from jan 2019 onwards we are trying for baby again and am taking 2 normoz tablet daily and stimufol 2.5 on 2nd day of period lat tim I get my periods after 50 days (july I got period on 5th and then next period on 25th august) and I took 2 stimufol tablet each day from 2nd day of period to rest 5 days. But I did not feel I got ovulation till this time. Is there any chance for ovulation?

You can do follicular monitoring this time but in case you don't conceive in this cycle, you can do a hsg to check tubal patency

Hi, I have pcod. I am 27 years old. I didn't get period without tablet. Recently I am diagnosed with thyroid. My tsh is 4.24miu and my gtt at fasting is 104. I am trying to conceive so I am using stimulet 5 mg and ovacare forte suggested by my gynic. This month I have ovulated. What are the chances of getting pregnant this month?

Getting pregnant is complex procedure depends on egg formation, ovulation, fertilization, implantation, luteal support.
Do your pregnancy test after 15 to 16 days of ovulation. Well best of luck.
