Yes. You can get pregnant once the follicle reaches 20 mm, your doctor will give hcg injection for ovulation. 24 hours after the injection and 36 hours after injection have intercourse. You have probabilities to conceive.

did patient receive zolendronic acid before fever with chills
if not then investigate other causes of fever with chills most commonly urinary tract infection.

Hello lybrate-user, if you taking letrozole to get pregnant it is to grow your egg size so along with that you have to get regular follicular monitering with ultrasound to see if the egg size is growing. When the egg is readey, the doctor should give you an hcg injection to get pregnant.
