Actually i'm trying to conceive last time madam prescribed me letrozole2. 5 and consevel she said me to start on my 3 day but I used them on my 8 day onwards is it k or any risk.

The pills should be stated on the second or third day after your periods start. They will not work if you start on the 8th day.

I have PCOD so I took letrozole tablet and injection for follicle growth and I got pregnant naturally but miscarried at 12 weeks so had D&E 2 weeks before. I need to know when should I start trying again. Also, is it required to take tablets and injection again for follicle growth?

You can conceive after 4 months of your previous abortion. You can naturally try first for pregnancy if you don't get pregnancy you will have to take tablets and injection for follicle growth.

My letrozole response is good but endometrial thickness is 5.6 at day 11 and not conceiving after third cycle so where the problem lies. One miscarriage after using clomid and everything else is normal.

Normally letrozole has a beneficial effect on the endometrium so if the endomtrial thickness improves by the time of ovulation and also a trilaminar endometrium is achieved, you should be able to conceive

Either you take injection for rupture or get repeated ultrasounds to document rupture of follicle. This helps in timing intercourse and iui if planned. For pcos you should maintain healthy lifestyle and if obese losing some wight will help you conceive naturally. Take some antioxidants and oranges.

Please get your tubal patency checked by HSG. If it is normal, you can go for assisted reproductive techniques like IUI

Subserosal fibroid doesnât affect your chances of conceiving.
If you arenât conceiving, we need to know if you are properly doing intercourse.
And if after proper intercouse of 12 months you donât concieve, then you will need further investigations of u and ur partner.

You can have intercourse anytime but it is important that you go for follicular monitoring and see when the egg ruptures and have intercourse at that time
