first most important thing in polycystic ovary syndrome is to produce ovum by using ovulation inducing drugs letroz is selected for PCOD patients so you can use the medicine to get the ovulation and try to conceive within two to three cycles not more than that if it doesn't then check you tube

Sometimes there can be delayed rupture.
or the follicle may be a cyst. So your doctor had told to repeat the scan for this reason. anyway you have tried.But as you are 36 yrs, meet a fertility doctor and do iui treatment.
To increase your chances. Age is the determining factor. Next time injections along with letroz should be given for ovulation

Pcod has to be corrected. Weight reduction should be done. Physical .activities can be increased. Then only induction drugs will work.

It all depends on your parameters. If you have PCOS, letrozole is better. in other cases, clomiphene is better. Each has it's benefits and risks.
