Keep your weight gain under control with proper diet and exercise. Avoid taking pain relievers unless necessary; instead, use a heating pad on your back to relieve pain. Special exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles can also help reduce backache. Try a pregnancy girdle or elastic sling to support your abdomen.

Hi
This tablet is taken to aid egg formation. Usually started from day 2/3 but there is no harm in starting from day 4. All you would need is a follow up to see if egg formation happens or not and on what day the egg is released by means of ultrasound.

There are no medicines that can give a male or a female baby according to preference. Letroz is only to force your body to ovulate and release the egg. The doctor must have advised you when to have sex. It is usually after 14 days after taking the tablet for 5 days.
