Your daughter needs to be investigated properly, kindly get a urine routine/ microscopy, urine culture done, get an ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis, maintain a bladder diary for 7 days, diary should include number of times urine passed and quantity of urine passed, get back with the above mentioned investigations and bladder diary following which you will be prescribed medications.

Your metabolism is low so in order to increase it you must avoid crashing your diet in the name of weight loss.
Eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Lastly be committed.
Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.
All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is.

Avoid to take any supplements. Try to loose weight with lifestyle and diet modification. Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables .Include whole grains cereals in your diet.
