Cheston cold tablets contain paracetamol, phenylephrine and cetrizine.
One of the side effects of paracetamol and phenylephrine when used in combination is hypersensitivity including skin rash, itching, purpura (bleeding points underneath your skin) and hives.
You might be allergic to this medication, stop using it and refrain from future use. The skin lesions will go away after some days after stopping medication, you can apply calamine lotion in the mean time.

your child may be suffering from cold and you didn't mention the weight of the child.
cheston cold contains cxetrizine phenylephrine and paracetamol in it
so don't use extra paracetamol or colpol. it might brcome overdosage.

usually 10 months child needs medications in the form of drops than syrups
pls consult nearest pediatritian for better care and get clarification about all dosages and medications. don't self medicate kids.
