It depends if you are experiencing any undesirable effects or not. You may experience nausea, vomiting,loose motions, palpitations (ghabrahat). If you experience any of these consult a doctor. Ofloxacin should not be taken with azithro.

4. Change under garments twice a day

You may have side effect of the azithro or the rashes are a part of disease and need a review with doctor and antihistamines like Cetirizine will help in itching till you see a doctor.

Hi lybrate-user, it'll be better to complete the course of antibiotics inorder to prevent, bacterial resistance, if azithro doesn't help after 3 days, then you should think to consult or change again, meanwhile may I know if are there any additional meds that you're taking? Try taking sinarest or diominic dca, it will help relieve symptoms very effectively! thanks.

Can give ascoril ls junior 5 ml thrice daily. Don't start azithro on your own. Consult with pediatrician. If at all needed can be given 2.5 ml once daily before food.
