Dextromethorphan should be avoided in small children.
Only give syp flucold 2.5 ml three times a day.

P and terbutaline sulphate, Bromhexine Hydrochloride, Guaiphenesin Syrup started from yesterday. What more treatment is needed for him?

Most often it's viral infection. Fever usually settles down in 3 to 4 days. Cough takes 7 to 10 days. Continue same treatment. Small children get frequent infections because of low immunity.

What are the symptoms of dengue? I have recurring fever and cold since 5 days. It gets healed but comes again? I have been taking some general medicine like Paracetamol and phenylephrine.

These are of no benefit other than changing the taste. Give whatever you eat in a form which he can eat easily. Vegetables, pulses, rice, egg etc. Soups good. Juices do not benefit much. Reduce milk.
