Do not take medicines. You will develop a habit. Try to find out the cause. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Dear Lybrate user, do not google your symptom, because it will exaggerate the side effects and information is also not authentic. Study of medicine is different. If your body is not adaptive to the combination of these two. Then the good way is to report your side effects to the current psychiatrist. They will change the medication or dose. Dear user if you don't want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health, you gave to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. You are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are on antidepressants you have to take some extra care of yourself. please don't quit it all of a sudden. The rule is to gradually taper it and then discontinue it. Please consult your doctor, tell him your current state and if you are feeling better tell him to reduce the dose. You have to complete the full course of the medication otherwise you will have elapse. So don't take nay risk. You can consider changing your doctor also.
