Dear lybrate-user,
Are you taking both Celith and Epitic as mood stabilizers for bipolar disorder?
If so, please take both. Sometimes lithium carbonate helps well to control mania but not depression. Lamotrigine controls depression well.

Lamotrigine is usually titrated up gradually, but do not do it on your own. The psychiatrist will peridocally assess the benefits and risks and reach the optimal level, for some it may be 100, for some much higher. Good luck.

Your are being treated for a fairly serious condition and I recommend that you seek the help of a counselor too. There are certain adaptations that will suit you during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases.
