you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. Hello sir. Both the combination are effective, except that tenofavir alafinamide salt has purportedly more more bone and renal safety profiles. However you are strongly advised not to self medicate please and consult a doctor of your choice to get proper guidance. Thanks.

In the beginning you will have some side effects of the medication you are having and over the time period you may start tolerating the meds.
