I believe you have already discussed this issue with your psychiatrist and buspirone might have been added for this reason. You need and should take BP medicines. You should get aECG and serum lipid profile done. Also check yourself for diabetes. With these reports you see a physician who will give medicine for High BP. You also show your report to the doctor who is treating your bipolar disorder. He may change your medications if he or she feels so.
