Most important thing for preventing recurrence of fungal infection is maintain proper hygeine.
1.) keep your clothes, towels, napkins separate from other family members or room-mates.
2.) do not use other person's clothes or towels and don't share your clothes with anyone else.
3.) wear loose cotton clothes.
4.) keep all your inner garments very dry.
5.) changes inner clothes three times a day. 6.) wash all clothes including inner garments in warm water and iron them properly...more

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. 1.you have ringworm caused by tinea fungus take oral terbinafine for 2 weeks and local application of luluconazole cream. 2.everyone in household must get treatment 3.avoid sharing clothes and personal belongings 4.maintain hygeine ,use loose fitting boxers, bathe twice daily and apply creams after thoroughly cleaning and drying the area.
