1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week)
2.. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area
4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6.Maintain personal hygiene
7. Consult for further advice

have to use a course of tablets and creams for that to heal completely and permanently improve personal hygiene bath twice daily wear fresh cloths after bath reduce inner wear to increase ventilation to that area change towel frequently use seperate antifungal soap
use cotton pants rather than jeans.

First you have to be sure if it is ringworm. Then use an appropriate cream. Alongwith medication it is necessary to keep the affected area neat free from water or sweat as ringworm multiplies in presence of moisture.
