Yes. Need correct medicine. Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. Home Remedy-
Make a oil after boinling neem leaves in mustard oil till all the leaves become black then filter it and apply that oil on affected part
Treatement- 1-Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day.
2-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say.
3-Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day.
4-Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

Hello. Oral medication (like terbinafine / itraconazole) is advised only in severe or long standing cases of seborrheic dermatitis (though not helpful). Depending upon the severity of s.d you can use ketoconazol/ zinc / cyclopirox/ salicylic acid shampoo, alone or combination. Biotin, multivitamin, minerals are essential for hair growth, you can take if there is ny deficiency .visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.
