You are on suboptimal prophylactic dosage of medicines, possibly you are experiencing subsyndromal affective symptoms. Medicines need to be titrated in you which is possible only with consultation. Moreover you need to learn chronological and behavioral aspect of disorder in order to sustain normal mood state. Firstly learn that depression is normal. Anyone can have that.
If your depression is of high level, try to visit a psycologist. Yes I have done that too, but just for few months, as I figured out her fees was 500 bucks everytime I visited her. But ignore the fees, as it might be helpful to you.

Epilepsy needs to be treated for long time may be years. Prophylactic antiepileptics are the mainstay of therapy. Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder of children which needs continuous training and graded environmental stimulation under guidance of professionals. Medicines does not help much in autism but repetitive behavior and self harming behaviour may be controlled. You should get your child trained in a special school for disabled children.

Dear,
Depression is a state of mind, reacting to missing something expected. This means he is anxious about something. Medications do work on the symptoms but try to understand the problem.
Try to fix up an appointment to discuss.

Dear friend,
It will not affect you much if you have mistimed your medicine once. But please remember you should at least take that at some part of the day, so that a blood level of the drug is maintained. Please make sure you take your medicine at scheduled time henceforth. Don’t know how long your medicine was exposed to air. If it’s long better to discard that. Wish you a very good health!
