Hello lybrate-user,
Myocardial bridge is a problem only when it's very severe. A Good part about it is even in most severe form 90 % we can manage on medication. To know if its physiologically relevant, ideally try getting a Stress thallium, if not available onky a stress test is fine.
Based on the result we can determine the treatment.
If normal at certain level of activity (10 Mets) at your age, Generally no treatment for is required.

Yes it is definately possible to control it by exercises.
Osteoarthirits is a degenrative disorder. It can be controlled by professionaly designed physiotherapeutic exercises by restoring the balance between all the muscles around the knee thus preventing erosion of the joints. Exercises will prevent its speedy deterioration and improve quality of life. And yes painkillers are not the solution.

Hello lybrate-user.
It is ok to use oil in little amount in cooking.
Avoid fried food and extra oil.
And instead of eating special oils better eat the oil which is prepared from local crops.
