Children are oftem victim of chronic habitual constipation which might have caused the onset of pain ( due to distended colon loaded with faeces) .once he passes stool , he will get relief. You should take an ayurvedic enema for better result. Take 2 ltr water and boil some dashmool & trifla in it, till 1 ltr remains. In this add 5 gm salt, 20 gm honey and 50 ml coconut oil. Mix it and take enema daily. It will improve the function. Enema pot you can get in surgical shops.

you need surgery without that cure is not possible, surgery can be done by staple so no pain will be there, anema is not good in long term, keep on taking plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet to keep stool soft.

Take salads and fruits more
Avoid oily spicy and fast food
Avoid maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc
Go for jogging daily
DO yogasanas and pranayam daily
Take
Sy Eva Q or duphalac
15 ml in 200 ml water at night
Cap triphala by Himalaya
2 after lunch to regularise bowels
Reconsult after 5 days for further advice

Give her an enema of 30 ml of tila tail. U can give it through glycerine syringe.
Or
1 tb of zandu nityam with 2 tsf of castor oil (in one cup) at night before slèep.
