Mr tapash kumar, try and increase fiber content in your diet by consuming more salads, flax seeds (25 g, roasted) or fenugreek seeds (roasted or powdered). Fruits which are permitted like papaya, apple (with skin), pear and guava. Drink enough water. Normally these measures help in overcoming constipation.
