Constipation is generally a lifestyle related disorder.
1. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods.
2. Eat homemade food most of the time.
3. Include more fibre in your diet like salad, steamed vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread.
4. Eat frequent meals.
5. Eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals.
6. Take a light and early dinner.
7. Decrease tea/coffee/ milk products.more

For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every week once for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional

Hello lybrate-user, probably you got habituated to the use of laxatives and that is y you get constipated whenerver you skip the laxative. Most of the times, it is our mental dependency then the actual physical dependency. So,keep patience, kept on trying, work on that to keep the stool soft without taking laxatives by taking plenty of fibres, water and liquid, papaya etc. These will definitely help.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Lactifibre wiill avoid hard stools and indirectly help your condition. But if you do not have a problem of hard stools it wont be useful.

Hello continue sitz baths. Apply cremagel thrice a day rather than twice and add tab diser twice a day for one week.
Continue lactifibre it will heal hopefully.
Also avoid spices and red meet. Take lots of fluids and fruits.
