Don't wear tight cloths.

You should try ayurvedic medicated oil and one or two oral ayurveda medicines for substantial benefit in short time. The basic thing is rakt shodhan and twak rog nashak medicines.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week)

1.Make sure that you have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in with a cup of warm water.
2.Place the solution that you have created on the affected area and wash it thoroughly. Do not wipe the area and let it dry on its own.
3.Do this about 2 – 3 times a day every day. It will help get rid of the jock itch in no time.

Probably you are allergic to medicines. Just leave all medicines out and apply plain cream of milk for few weeks. Or try Ayurvedic treatment.

At bedtime wash the lesion with soap and water and apply micogel ointment for a month and take cp candiforce 200 mg at night for two weeks.
