Hi, please stop using clobetasol cream since it is a steroid and not appropriate treatment for fungal infection. Use micogel at night for a few weeks instead and see a doctor if there is no satisfactory response.

Ideally breastfeeding can be continued upto 2 years of an infants life, with introduction of supplementary feeding at 6 months. Beyond that also if you wish you can still continue upto another year provided you provide weaning food to the child as well. Once you reduce the no of feeds, automatically prolactin & oxytocin secretion will reduce thus limiting milk production & secretion.

Post pregnancy when pregnancy is not there, normally women are lactating. It can be continue lactating for 2 to 3 years if women continue feeding baby. Otherwise women do not lactate.
