Is the lesion present on both the sides of the body or on the same size? If it is nevus depigmentosus then the disapperance of the lesion will be tough. A picture of the lesion is needed to diagnose clinically. During the initial 6 months of life babies can pass stools from once in a day to once in 7 days. If she is not straining a lot during passing stools there is nothing to worry about, provided she is on exclusive breast feeds only.

I am losing my hair for quite a long time so one day I got to know about Dr. Reddy's mintop (2/5/10)%, my friend was using it. He got very good results as he said I actually did not saw him before hair gain so can not realt see the difference. I also started using it for last 4-5 months 2% pack, but I started feeling itching on top of my ear which is a known side effect of it so that was okay but also my skin around eyes started getting dry and itchy at the start I was not getting the reason behind it. Now for last one week because of my busy schedule I was not able to apply lotion on my head and I noticed there is no itching or dry skin around my eye. Should I continue using it (this time 10%)or Do I need to stop using it? If I should stop using it what would be the alternative solutions? Thanks in advance.

Hello lybrate-user, you are right. Minoxidil will defenitely help as it works with your hair follicles, strengthens them and promotes hair growth from within. However most common side affect with it is dryness of scalp, dandruff and irritation/itching and these are due to propylene glycol present in minox which helps in penetration rather than minox itself. Same findings can occur on the face as well. Make sure the product does not leak onto your face while applying and even if it does make sure...more

I do not see any use. Emolene cream is a hydronourisher that restores the natural moisture balance. It contains propylene glycol and urea.
Urea and propylene moisture and heals dry skin, whereas glycol is good skin conditioner. Urea naturally found in the skin. It is called “humectant” because it is an important component of the body’s natural moisturizing factor (nmf). Urea softens the horny layer so it can be easily released from the surface of the skin.
Propylene glycol acts by retain...more

Hi,
home treatment is generally all that is needed for most cases of diaper rash. At the first sign of a diaper rash, try the following steps:
keep the skin dry, and make sure the skin is not in contact with urine and stool.
Change the diaper or incontinence brief every time it is wet or soiled. During the daytime, check the diaper or brief every 3 hours. You may need to change the diaper or brief during the night to prevent or clear up a rash. It is not unusual to change a diaper or...more
