Asked for female, 26 years old from Warangal

Yesterday I went to gynecologist she confirmed my pregnancy with 8 weeks but my bp is 149/87 .in my first pregnancy I loss my baby at 27 weeks due to hypertension. I didn't take any bp medicine in my first pregnancy. Now going prescribed labetalol 100, ecosprin 150,codesoft capsules and prenatal tablets are they safe this time I don't want loss my baby pls advise me how to control my bp this time.

already they have given you labetalol to control your blood pressure more over your baby will do well with ecospirin also just wait for your not scan and do fetal doppler to know whether baby is affected.

Madam recently I delivered still birth baby on 24 july. My doppler test shows iugr and brain sparing defect in baby .baby weight is 1000gm at 26th week of pregnancy but baby was delivered through normal delivery on 31 st week. My bp increases in 5th month of pregnancy and it continues till last day. After normal delivery my bp is not under control till now. I am taking gravidol 100 mg daily. Earlier I also had twin iud in 2016 of 6 month pregnancy and 2 month abortion in 2018. I do not have any child and now my age is 39. please guide me what to do in preeclampsia and can I think for conceiving again.

First is to meet md physician or cardiologist for investigations and treatment of high bp. After that depending on reports and your medical condition take a call accepting possibility of high bp in pregnancy. Also understand and accept other risks to you and baby related with high age.

Dear doc, now am 11 weeks pregnant this is my second pregnancy in my first pregnancy I lose my baby at 28 weeks due to hypertension I didn't take any bp medicines in that time.in this pregnancy, my bp is 139/79 so doc prescribed labebet 100 mg, ecosprin 150, codesoft and prenatal tablets. 1 week back my aca, la,ana reports came in that aca igg 1.62 and igm less than 1.00.and ana antinuclear antibodies are negative, in my la test lupus anticoagulant is absent but ptt is 40.2 which is dc telling little high remaining drvv screen test ,control and ratio is normal only ptt test is little high with 40.2 in that part control and test+control is normal so dc prescribed me lonopin 20 mg injection once a day is that injection necessary pls tell me am very scared to take injection daily is there any alternative I already taking ecosprin 150 mg please help me thank you doctor.

Better take both ecosporin and injection. It not only makes the baby alive. It also prevents baby from getting low birth weight. I would highly recommend it.

I am 31 week pregnant. My blood pressure is 150/90. I had high before pregnancy. Now doctor prescribed Eslo 2.5 mg. I have found that eslo 2.5 is not good in pregnancy. Will it effect my feutas?

Eslo (amlodipine) should not be taken in pregnancy. There are other medicines like labetalol and methyldopa which should be taken for high BP in pregnancy.

My wife is pregnant and in 14 weeks she is having high b.p 150/110. Earlier in 2006 she had faced the same problem of high b.p due to which premature baby in seventh month happened of 950 grm .The baby does not survived. In 2009 she given the birth a baby of2. 5 kg in36or 37 weeks which is now 7 year old. But now in 2016 she is having high b.p in 14 weeks. Doc prescribed her gravidol 100 mg thrice daily. Now she is in 17 weeks and her b.p is 130/95. She is also taking ecosprin. Iron. Protein powder. Susten 300. Argiplus powder. I am afraid of her b.p will make us to face same problem that happen in 2006 of severe PIH and IUGR. My wife age is 35. She is also having p.c.os. She is also taking eltroxin 50.

Now ur wife bp is normal.....follow the prescription as adviced. .....Make regular follow up with doctor....If edema develops on feet sleep without pilow and add pilow under her feet.....be happy everything will go smoothly

After 4 years of marriage I got conceived and within 2 months doctor did dnc as there is no heart beat for baby now 5 months has gone and still I am not getting conceived no sugar for me doctor is suggesting me to do IUI double times. Before getting conceived I did 3 times IUI which resulted in failure. Doctor is saying that before you did IUI you dint get pregnant. Now after abortion there is chances of getting conceiving. I am taking ovashield ecosprin -75 mg folic acid and metformin 500 mg for two times as there was pcod before but now no pcod now. And also labetalol tablet for bp since I am having slight bp. My age is 34. I did tube test before getting conceiving and that time everything was clear. please advice can I do IUI for double times. Already 3 times failure that too before getting pregnant. Now 5 months has completed post abortion or should I have to do tube test again please advice.

Can try IUI for 2-3 times more. Need to check Ovarian reserve which may decide whether you are better off with IVF or not. Do continue Folic acid for you and multivitamins for husband.
