Hi Aarti.. for your knowledge paracetamol will never cure fever... it will just bring the temperature down for few hours... and my advise is not to take any medicine without consulting a doctor...
As for example paracetamol causes damage to liver...

So better consult and take proper treatment.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2.Drink plenty of water
3.Take adequate rest
4.Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours

Since you have been visited many eye hospitals and yet you don't get relief you should consult homeopathy. May be it is due to allergy. Splash you eyes with cold water several times in day.
