Two week is quite a long duration to wait. As per the symptoms you have mentioned here, it seems like your tooth has an acute infection. I would rather suggest you get the RCT initiated as early as possible.
Your pain will reduce significantly after the first session on RCT since it will reduce the inflammation that is build up inside the tooth.
You can take intramuscular injections of Diclofenac for immediate pain relief but it will not help you in longer run.

Don't give such medicine it has diclofenac really stressful on liver. Azithromycine require monitoring that's not very safe. To add antibiotics I will suggest you to give proper history about d condition. For d time being you can give 1) tab dolo 325 mg sos 2) plenty of fluids 3) rest. If you hav any other cheif complaint that you should tell that. Take care and hav a nice day.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days.
Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature.
Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this
