You need to get an ultrasound scan to check for retained products of conception. Depending on their size, further management is to be decided.

Hi lybrate-user generally I advice patients to repeat the medications if they vomit within 30 mins of taking it. Given that you have taken the medications just 1 day back I would advice you to wait atleast 1 week to see what happens.
Thanks

Just check with nearest gynecologist if abortion was complete. If not then curetting can be advised. Also check how is her blood pressure, and pulse and heart rate. Heavy blood loss can make her feel cold and weak. I take lot of fluids and iron rich diet.

Step 1: Swallow the mifepristone pill with water.
If you throw up in the first hour (60 minutes) after swallowing Mifepristone, it is likely that the pill will not work.
Step 2: Wait 24-48 after swallowing Mifepristone.
Step 3: Take 800 mg of Ibuprofen 1 hour before using misoprostol.
We recommend this step to help decrease the pain you will feel from cramping. Ibuprofen works better if you take it before you start feeling pain, so do not wait until you feel pain to take it. Taki...more

You have not taken the medicines as per schedule. In this scenario, I would say it should work but nothing can be said or done immediately. Best would be to wait and watch for sometime.

possible symptom may be pain, excessive bleeding, fever, cramp, spotting after few cycles, infection can happen if left untreated....

Definitive treatment of the abortion whether its incomplete is suggested l via a ultrasound scan where the products of conception has to be completely out within 2 weeks of initiating the termination. provided you don't develop any of the above symptoms

Don’t worry if the bleeding is mild. But if it is not reducing even today, get a scan done. I recommend a vaginal pelvic scan, because abdominal scan will not be clear. If there are no scan doctors available due to lockdown, visit emergency services near by.
